I got a tire fixed. They fixed it quick, showed me it had two nails instead of one. Tito did a good job. Note: they only accept cash.

Worst tire shop and worst customer service don’t get anything from them

‫زكريا عبدالرزاق (‪zakaria Abdirazack‬‏)‬‎ a year ago

will not recommend anyone here, the owner and the service team, they are horrible, liars, unprofessional and they will never deliver the work they promised on time and to the customer expectations. Especially the owner will tell you we don’t take card or Zelle or cashApp, he will make sure you paid them cash, and they will not deliver the work. I took my car here for auto body repair. My expectations was getting my car fixed but they scratched my back lights and when I have confronted them, the owner was super rude and mouthy, Please don’t go here, and here are my reasons: 1. They will never deliver the work they said they will. 2. Their time management is horrible. They’ll say Your car will be ready on Friday or Saturday and then when you stop by there you’ll find them not even finished the work. (Why give promises/ due dates you can’t deliver). 3.Their customer service is horrible and they are not professional they will give you hard time. They will talk to you rudely. I will not recommend anyone to go here, for Weatherby as little as oil change or fixing the car. It’s better you go somewhere you know when you pay, they will deliver the work on time and are professional, but

Went to get my flat tire fixed. Left with my car riding wobly made a turn the entire tire went in the air never before had my car drove funny went back and to ask did he make sure it was aligned right and all I got was attitude “same size tire” “I didn’t work on your car” so now after 80$ spent there I gotta take my car somewhere else to make sure it’s aligned right!

After I got in and they took my tire for mounting since I had the tire and the rim and just needed mounting. He asked me 40$ for just mounting, and it was my second time. Hhhh, I paid 3 days earlier, 30 bucks, and finally, I decided not to accept to pay and told to put my tire in my car. So, please negotiate this money man before the does the work!! Can you believe i got mounted for only 25$
